Instructions
  1. Pierce sausages with a fork and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  2. Meanwhile, place warm potatoes in a bowl and cover.
  3. Place a sauté pan over medium heat and add the pancetta. Sauté until crisp.
  4. Remove pancetta from pan and add the red onion; sauté until onion is soft.
  5. Add the red wine vinegar and mustard to the pan.
  6. Carefully whisk in the olive oil.
  7. Pour the warm dressing over the potatoes.
  8. Add the finely chopped dill and season with salt and pepper.
