Method: Place all ingredients in a Boston shaker. Dry shake for 15-20 seconds as this will create a nice creamy foam on top of the drink. Add ice and shake for a further five seconds. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with lemon wheel half dipped in loose Earl Grey tea leaves.
* To double steep tea, use two tea bags of Earl Grey or 1.75 teaspoons of loose Earl Grey tea
