Method
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, palm sugar, lime juice, shallot and chili.
  2. Chop the lobster into bite-sized pieces. Add the chopped lobster and herbs to the dressing.
  3. To serve, top crostini with slices of cucumber and lobster mix.
Here’s How: Crostini
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice half of a large baguette into round or diagonal slices.
  2. 2. Rub one side of each piece with a clove of garlic. Drizzle or brush the same side with olive oil (3 tablespoons total). Seasons with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Bake until browned, about 6 minutes per side.
