Method: Line a small baking tray with parchment paper. In a microwave, melt the chocolate about 2-3 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds. Pour onto prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle the cherries over the chocolate. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Add enough cracked pepper to taste. Place in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Break or chop into pieces.
