  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Mix.
  3. Cut butter into flour mixture using a pastry blender.
  4. Place milk and eggs in a separate bowl and beat with a fork.
  5. Slowly add the milk and egg mixture to the flour mixture.
  6. Mix with a fork, then with hands.
  7. Knead the dough on a clean surface.
  8. Using a rolling pin, roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
  9. Cut out small circles with a glass or cookie cutter.
  10. Place the biscuits on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet for 10 minutes.
  11. Remove from refrigerator and place in oven. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
