Instructions
  1. Place whisky, honey, ginger, horseradish and soy sauce in a bowl. Whisk together.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Add fish, cover and let marinate for up to 2 hours.
  3. Thread pieces of fish onto metal skewers. Set fish skewers on paper towel to soak up excess liquid, as this will avoid flare ups while cooking. Set barbeque to medium heat.
  4. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with charred tomatoes and red peppers.
