Method
  1. Place chopped turkey in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Remove the rind from the brie and slice. Preheat oven to 375°F and then follow our Here’s How instructions for making strudel.

  1. 1. Unroll one sheet of puff pastry. Slice into 2-inch strips, 1/2-inch apart along both sides of the pastry. 2. Fill the center of the pastry with turkey seasoned with salt and pepper. Add slices of Brie then cranberry sauce. Fold the strips over the filling to form a braided pattern. Overlap the ends and pinch to seal. 3. Brush with egg wash. Repeat with second pastry sheet. Transfer the strudel along with the parchment to a baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
