Here's How: Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese
1. Place a large clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 2 tablespoons each of chives, basil, parsley and dill in a food processor.
2. Process until finely chopped. Scrape down sides.
3. Add 8 ounces cream cheese. Process until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Alternately, chop herbs and garlic and mix in cream cheese by hand. For a cheese ball, refrigerate until firm, form into a ball and roll in additional chopped herbs.
