Shrubs

Dating back to Colonial America, shrubs are a great way to have a vibrant cocktail with intense fruit flavours. A combination of fruit, sugar and vinegar also makes the drink both sweet and sour. While you can use any pairing of fruits that you can think of, a guaranteed winner in the heat of summer is green apple and watermelon.
