Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.
  2. Place cider, brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest and Dijon mustard over medium-low heat. Stir.
  3. When the sugar has melted, remove from the heat.
  4. Pour the cider glaze over the pork.
  5. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake pork for 1 hour, basting regularly.
  7. Remove pork from oven and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice and serve on a platter. Spoon the pan juices over the pork.
