Instructions
  1. Place cider, butter and sugar in a pot over medium-low heat.
  2. When butter is melted and sugar dissolved, remove from heat.
  3. Add chopped tarragon. Meanwhile, make the chicken and pork skewers.
  4. Thread cubes of chicken and vegetables on to wooden skewers.
  5. Repeat with pork. Set barbecue to medium-high heat.
  6. Alternatively, place a grill pan over medium-high heat on your stove top.
  7. Brush grill with vegetable oil so skewers don’t stick.
  8. Grill skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  9. Brush with Cider and Tarragon Butter.
