Method
  1. Place a pizza stone in the oven while it preheats to 500°F.
  2. Place the dough on a pizza peel or cutting board sprinkled with flour.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil on the crust. Sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary.
  4. Layer on the spinach, mozzarella, chicken and roasted garlic cloves.
  5. Slide pizza off the peel onto the pizza stone.
  6. Bake until the crust is golden brown and cheese melted, about 15 minutes.
Here's How: Roasted Garlic
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Peel the cutter leaves off the head of garlic
  2. Slice the top of the garlic off, exposing the cloves
  3. Place the garlic on a large square of tinfoil. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap the garlic tightly in the foil. Place the garlic on the bottom rack of the oven. Roast until soft, about 30 to 40 minutes. Feel free to roast longer for a deeper, caramelized flavour. Once cool enough to handle, squeeze the cloves out of the head.
