Instructions
  1. Place a large stockpot over medium-low heat. Add butter and onion.
  2. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent. Add the chorizo, clams, thyme and Pilsner.
  3. Raise heat to medium-high and cover with lid. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Discard any clams that do not open. Serve with crusty baguette.
