Set out a platter with the vegetables. Alternate vegetables based on colour to keep the platter looking vibrant. Place a bowl of Green Goddess Dip in the middle of the platter and scatter with parsley and other fresh herbs for garnish.

1. Combine 1 cup spinach, ¼ cup each of basil, parsley and chives with 2 tablespoons each of mint and tarragon in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.
2. Ad 2 anchovy fillets and a garlic clove. Process until everything is well combined, scraping down the bowl often.
3. Add ¼ cup of sour cream, ½ cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard. Process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
