Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large sauté pan. When the butter has melted add the sage leaves to the pan and remove from heat.
  3. Cook pasta until tender. Drain pasta, reserving a little of the pasta water.
  4. Add pasta to the pan along with the grated Parmigiano- Reggiano and a couple tablespoons of the pasta water.
  5. Toss until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in bowls with lemon wedges.
