Instructions
  1. Place the red pepper, feta, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice and honey in a blender. Purée until smooth and season with pepper.
  2. Cut out bell shapes from the puff pastry and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  3. Place a small amount of the red pepper spread on each shape, making sure to leave a little room around the edges. Don’t add too much, as the pastry will become soggy.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  5. Once the hors d’oeuvres are frozen, transfer to freezer bags to save space.
  6. To serve, brush edges with egg wash (1 egg yolk whisked together with 1 tsp water) and bake for 45 minutes at an oven preheated to 400˚F.
Recipe Notes

If baking them without freezing, adjust the cooking time to approximately 30 minutes.
