Instructions
  1. Make the dressing by placing garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice and egg yolk.
  3. Whisk together for 30 seconds. Continue to whisk slowly while drizzling in the vegetable oil.
  4. Add the chopped bacon and then mix in fresh rosemary and chives.
  5. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Next, arrange the salad. Start by mixing potatoes, peas and arugula with 1 tablespoon of dressing. Garnish with sliced radish and enjoy!
