Instructions
  1. Place a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.
  2. Season the Arctic Char with salt and pepper.
  3. Place Arctic Char skin-side down into pan. Sear for 3 minutes, then flip and sear on the other side for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Work in batches of 3 to 4 fillets or use multiple sauté pans.
  5. Serve with our Dandelion Green Pesto Linguine.

*If you can’t find Artic Char, use trout.
