Place cranberry simple syrup, Ciroc Peach and lime juice in a Champagne flute; top with Nova 7.
Slice a cranberry in half, rub it along the rim of the flute and place on the lip of the glass for garnish.
*Cranberry Simple Syrup: Place 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup cranberries in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Let the syrup cool. Strain to remove cranberries. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
