Pat strawberries dry with paper towel. Fill a pot with 1 to 2 inches of water. Bring pot of water to a boil and lower to simmer. Place chocolate chips in a metal bowl. Set bowl above water. Occasionally stir chocolate. When chocolate is melted remove and place on a moist towel on a counter to help keep the bowl steady. Dip strawberries in chocolate. Remove and gently shake off excess chocolate. Place on a wax paper lined baking tray. Place tray in refrigerator to speed up process of setting the chocolate.
